Holiday apartment with a private terrace, on a former estate

The great old property is in the midst of the beautiful Wilstermarsch, not far from the deepest area of land in Germany (3.54 metres below sea level). If you are looking for tranquility and extensive meadows, then this is the right place for you.

Ist 85m² provide everything you need from a holiday apartment. It is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance, leading directly into the spacious dining corner with an adjoining, fully-equipped kitchen. It has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a big living and sleeping room with a french bed measuring 180 x 200cm, a lovely sofa corner and a TV for cosy evenings, as well as a big room with two single beds and a spacious sitting corner for leisurely games afternoons on rainy days. A range of board and card games are available. The apartment also has a fully-fitted bathroom with a bath and shower.

You can grill, relax or smoke a cigarette on the terrace. The apartment itself is non-smoking. Please consider the future guests.

    “Sehr schöne Stille, abgelegene Gegend. Abends beim Grillen hat man seine Ruhe und Tagsüber kommt man in kurzer Zeit in die nächste Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sauberkeit ist auch in Ordnung bis auf ein paar Spinnenweben mit spinnen aber die gibt es ja überall. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend.”
