The erstwhile fishing village called St. Ivan located near Umag is a small village ideal for a quiet holiday. This duplex holiday home is the first in the row and just a few metres from the beach. On arrival at the holiday home, you can park your car in the garage as it is not required because of close proximity to all the places of interest. There are various shops, restaurants and beaches in the village. You can hear the soothing sounds of the waves and feel the summer with the rustling of the trees from the terrace which has a magnificent sea view. There is a small garden in front of the house and a barbecue at the backyard.
