Barrier-free holiday apartment with a terrace and a parking space


Welcome to Sehestedt! The holiday house is in a quiet and sunny residential location on the North-Baltic Sea Canal in Sehestedt.



This holiday apartment is on the ground floor and measures 74m². it has a very big living room-kitchen with two double sofa beds (160 x 200cm, one behind a curtain as a room divider) and a fireplace stove, a leather sofa, a big dining table and a seven-metre-wide south-facing window front, shaded from the outside. There is a little bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is suitable for wheelchair users and always has a pleasant indoor climate, due to the automatic ventilation. All the rooms have heating, but there is no air conditioning, nor an Internet connection. Satellite TV, a DVD and CD-radio player, an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster are provided, as well as a highchair and a cot on request. There is a washing machine on the ground floor. There is a walk-in shower with handles and the WC is 54cm high and has a handle on the right and a folding support on the left. The washbasin has space underneath so it can be approached by wheelchair. All the doors are 1 metre wide. The bed is 60cm high and there is 2.40 x 1.65 m of space around the bed. The light switches are low. A folding wheelchair is available. The living room table juts out 1 metre, so you can sit at it in a wheelchair.



The fenced site has a south-facing terrace and a natural garden with a lawn and a tree for shade. Three parking spaces are available. The apartment is 90 metres from the canal, on the second row on the street, with a view of the canal from both apartments. You can do shopping about 1000 metres away and there is a restaurant 4km away.

    “Saubere, helle Wohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, man ist schnell am NOK und kann endlos laufen. Die Wohnung ist besonders für Hundebesitzer sehr zu empfehlen. Der Garten ist rundherum eingezäunt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, unsere Hunde ebenfalls.”

    “Die Ausstattung war gut. Es waren ein paar Sachen kaputt, wie z.B. der Receiver ging nicht und der Wasserkocher war kaputt, die aber direkt ausgetauscht wurden. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich.”
