Also due to the view over the valley from the property and its quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and campfire site.

Location
Cortona, district Farinaio, 350 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 3000 sqm enclosed garden plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 100 m). Parking (for 5 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.
