Cosy holiday house with children’s toys and a terrace, in a quiet location, an ideal starting point for exploring the island on foot or by bike
The cosy end-of-terrace house is in the holiday village of Puddeminer Wiek in the little village of Puddemin belonging to Poseritz. It is quietly situated on a road with little traffic near the little Puddemin harbour.
On your holiday you can look forward to a charming house for all ages, with extra-long beds and kitted out for children. It can accommodate up to six people. The ground floor of around 38m² consists of a living and dining room with a fireplace stove, a flatscreen TV, a PC, Internet access, a stereo system with a USB port.
There is a living and dining room and next to it a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine, dishwasher. The living space is sheltered by a windbreaker. There is a guest WC next to it. The upper floor has a shower room and two bedrooms each for two people, with extra-long beds. The shower room has a washing machine, a dryer and a hairdryer. The third bedroom is in the attic space and is also for two people, and it has toys for children. All the bedrooms have proper beds. There is also a travel bed for a small child available. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Your dog is welcome. The house was renovated in January 2018. A new bathroom was set up and some furniture in the living area was renewed.
Outside there is a private terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and two garden loungers. The holiday village has grill areas. A table tennis table and a beach volleyball court are available and there is a playground for children in the holiday village.
It is about 4500-5000 metres to the natural beach on the Zudar peninsula. A little restaurant is open during the summer months by the harbour, about 600 metres away. There are other shops in the neighbouring town of Garz. The centre of Garz with restaurants and supermarkets is about 5km away. You can spend your holiday in one of the most beautiful regions in Germany. Enjoy the pristine nature in any season, in all its natural charm. In the south of the sunny island of Rügen you can find peace, quiet and relaxation. It is directly connected to the network of cycle paths on Rügen and an excellent starting point for hikes, walks and cycle tours. There are hiking and cycling maps available in the house.
