Holiday apartment with a parking space, surrounded by greenery

The holiday apartment renovated in 2012 with a maritime decor in the Kiel district of Wellsee measures 32m² and has a bedroom with a double bed. Owing to the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy a view over the garden landscape, so you have the feeling of being in direct contact with nature. The second room has a kitchen unit and a counter with two chairs, where you can dine or work. The bathroom has a modern design and is fitted with a shower 120cm wide. The apartment is on the ground floor of a new building from the year 1994, adjoined to a historical building from the year 1880. The six heritage-protected linden trees on site round off the harmonious appearance. The apartment offers free broadband wireless Internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, convection oven with an infrared grill, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and washing machine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide. The living room provides a big sofa bed for two people, a dining corner with four chairs, a 37“ TFT TV with a digital satellite receiver and a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player, USB port and Line-In (Aux). The bathroom includes a hairdryer. An iron, ironing board and cot are available.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung liegt in einem angenehm ruhigen Wohngebiet und man ist fernab vom großen Verkehr.”
