Not far from Alexanderplatz, also known as Alex, your holiday home is located in a quiet estate of detached houses on the owner's land.

For your holiday stay in Berlin, you will be welcomed by a cosy ambience with high-quality and beautiful furnishings. The bright and tastefully furnished living room with a view of the garden has a cosy seating area and a comfortable sofa bed for an additional person. It integrates a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and leads directly into the garden via a small terrace. Here you can start the day in a cosy atmosphere or relax at the end of it. A small staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two beautifully designed bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Up to 4 extra beds are available in the adjoining garden house on request and for a fee.

Prenzlberg has developed from a former trendy neighbourhood into a well-off family district and offers countless opportunities for leisure activities. Whether it's a visit to Mauerpark, the Zeiss-Grossplanetarium or a trip to Berlin's vibrant day and nightlife. There is something for everyone here. For water sports enthusiasts, the Weißensee lido or one of the numerous swimming pools in and around Pankow offer the ideal location.

The 29-hectare Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg used to be a rubble dump during the Second World War. Today, the park offers visitors and residents a place to relax, jog and unwind. On guided wine tours, those interested can learn more about the history of the Prenzlauer Berg Riesling wine, which is grown there by an association.
