Apartment 2 on the second floor has a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe with exit to the terrace with sea view, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dining table and 4 chairs, a sofa bed for two people, coffee table, air conditioning and flat-screen satellite TV. Exit to the magnificent spacious sea view terrace equipped with deck chairs, table and benches is ideal for breakfast or enjoying a glass of Istrian wine in the evening while admiring the sunset

The terrace with tables and benches and barbecue is available to guests for shared use on the ground floor to enjoy evenings with friends while admiring spectacular sunsets.

Free private parking is available in front of the house.

* Pets are not allowed.

* Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, while smoking is not permitted indoors.

* We ask our kind guests:

- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or when resting in the afternoon,

- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when I am not in the accommodation,

- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,

- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,

- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.

Zambratija is a small fishing village that stretches along the coast. Area much loved by tourists for its variety of beaches for all tastes. The small but equipped sandy beach, two pebble beaches, equipped pebble and rocky beach, rocky and not crowded beach.

In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.

To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, is a small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and who wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil.
