    “Für den Preis findet man ziemlich leicht bessere Häuser. Positiv: Die Lage war sehr schön, der Pool groß und die Küche sehr modern. Negativ: Bei Einzug mussten wir ersteinmal das halbe Haus reinigen, Toiletten waren voller Urin und Kotflecken, auf dem Tisch auf der Terrasse waren Fußabdrücke, Staubmäuse könnte man in sogut wie allen Ecken finden.
    Desweiteren mussten wir das Haus 2 Tage lang lüften, um den beißenden Raum- Duftspray Geruch loszuwerden.
    Die Duschen sind offen, kein Gefälle hin zum Abfluss, nach jeden Duschen steht das ganze Bad unter Wasser so dass das Wasser sogar unter der Türe sind Schlafzimmer fließt, das wird langfristig zu schlimmen Schimmelproblemen führen.
    Auf Fotos sieht es so aus als ob man vom Pool einen schöne Blick hat, jedoch ist die komplette Längsseite des Pools an der Mauer mit einem 3m hohen Sichtschutz versehen, da nebenan nun ein weiteres Haus steht.

    Alles in allem sieht das Haus auf Bildern wirklich hübsch aus, jedoch darf man nirgendwo zu genau nachsehen da überall Kosten gespart wurden.”
