In the light-flooded, spacious apartment "Birnbaum" you will feel comfortable from the first moment. In the sun-drenched living / dining room with integrated kitchen, you can rest well and just enjoy the holidays. The separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers offers space to withdraw and makes you dream heavenly. The second bedroom with three single beds has a wardrobe with clothes rail, hangers and linen compartments. In the open kitchen with an electric cooker with 4 hotplates and a convection oven you can treat yourself and your family to culinary delights at home. A large selection of kitchen utensils, the large fridge with freezer and the dishwasher complete the offer of the comfortable kitchen. The bathroom has a sink with mirror cabinet, a bath tub and a toilet.

From the living / dining room you reach the large, private roof terrace via two doors. Tables, chairs and deckchairs invite you to linger and enjoy. From here you have the whole farm in view, watch us at work and enjoy the magnificent view over the eastern Lake of Constance and the Austrian Alps.

You and your children are welcome to join our daily stable work. The large playground in the garden offers a giant trampoline, go-karts, swings, slide and much more to discover.

Would you rather camp under the fruit trees? A modern and cozy infrastructure is available too. We look forward to you!

    “Schöne, neu renovierte Wohnung mit gemütlicher Terrasse mit Sicht auf grossen Spielplatz und viel Kontakt und Bezug zu Bauernhof-Tieren. Positiv: Sehr freundliche Familie Manser und viele verschiedene Tiere zum Versorgen. Negativ: Reges Treiben neben dem Bauernhof wegen gut belegtem Campingplatz in KW 30”
