    “Danke, der Zustand des Hauses war für uns o.k., wobei allmählich kleinere Reparaturarbeiten zu sehen sind z.B. Risse am Mauerwerk, der Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse - hier ist ein Holzbalken morsch/verwittert und ist bereits durch sein Eigengewicht gebrochen aber ungefährlich, (die Außenbeleuchtung an dieser Holzkonstruktion ist hoffendlich weiterhin wasserfest bzw. läßt bei Trockenheit keinen elektrischen Kurzschluss zu, um größere Folgeschäden für den Hausbesitzer zukünftig zu vermeinden, oder schlimmeres für die Umgebung wie z.B. eine Feuerkatastrophe in der Bucht), verzeihen Sie, wir sehen in den Medien leider die dramatischen Folgen der zunehmenden Trockenheit

    Im Inneren waren wir in unserer Bescheidenheit zufrieden mit dem Objekt. Lediglich die Matratzen sind völlig veraltet, durchgelegen, mit Falten und Brocken im Inneren wirklich nicht angenehm, wobei ich mich nach ein paar Tagen auch daran gewöhnen konnte. "Gott sei Dank" haben sie nicht nach Schweiß anderer Leute gerochen, dann hätte ich mich für 2 Wochen nicht wohl fühlen können. Die frisch verwendeten Putzmittel im Haus waren in den ersten Stunden unangenehm stark chemisch im Geruch wahrzunehmen. Es gibt heutzutage umweltfreundlicher Produkte , auch zum Schutz der Menschen, die mit diesen Mitteln arbeiten müssen!!!”
