Villa Eni is an authentic Istrian stone house located in a quiet place Kruncici distant 4,5 km from the picturesque town Sveti Lovrec and with the same distance from the sea at the Lim Bay (Lim Fjord).
The house was built in the early twentieth century and completely renovated in the year 2015. During the renovation the exterior has preserved the authenticity of the traditional Istrian stone house, while the interior is furnished with modern furniture. On enclosed property of 210 sqm the guests have an open heated pool, barbecue, big dining table and sitting furniture on their disposal. There are also 2 parking spaces direct by the house.

Villa for 8 persons with a total living area of 200 sqm on two completely air conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a completely equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with fireplace, double bedroom, shower/toilet. On the first floor there are three more double bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet, one of them with a spacious terrace and one partly open on the gallery.

    “Personally I would say this house is not suitable for more than 6 people. One room is a mezzanine and not useable. Bedrooms are small and got butten over 20xs im hoping but mozzies and not bedbugs. Could do with oven gloves and a few extra kitchen stuff. Not enough sockets has to plug in kettle on the floor. Pool is very small, not enough room for 8 sun loungers, hard to find the property. Parking more suitable to 1 car. Cost £2000+ for 1 week height of season and not sure it was worth it.”

    “Der Zustand des Hauses entspricht exakt den Bildern. Sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Kaffeautomat, Wein- und Biergläser, sowie eine gehobene Ausstattung (TV, WLAN etc.). Auch für excellente Weine ist gesorgt. Zur Begrüßung erwartet Sie eine frische aufgefüllte Obstschale.”
